Operation Song, Nashville TN, Coming to Clayton, New York on May 15, 2026

Event to Raise Funds for North Country Troopers Assisting Troops and Operation Song at the 1000 Islands Harbor Hotel

Clayton, New York (April 7, 2026) – Operation Song, Nashville TN, a nationwide organization that uses music to honor and support military veterans and their families, is proud to announce a special performance coming to Clayton, New York, on May 15, 2026. The event will take place at the 1000 Islands Harbor Hotel. North Country Troops Assisting Troops (NCTAT) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the men and women of the military, particularly those in law enforcement who also serve in the armed forces. Based in the North Country of New York, NCTAT provides a range of essential resources to enhance the well-being of both active-duty service members and veterans, with a focus on those who are also part of local law enforcement.

The evening will feature a performance by renowned Nashville-based musicians and songwriters, Kelli Johnson, Pete Sallis and Baker Grissom, offering an unforgettable blend of country music, inspiring stories, and heartfelt tributes to those who serve our country. Guests will have the chance to meet the performers, enjoy a night of live music, and participate in a silent auction with exclusive items.

“We’re excited to bring Operation Song back to Clayton and partner with North Country Troopers Assisting Troops to make a meaningful impact,” said Adam Swenson of NCTAT. “This is a fantastic opportunity for the community to come together in support of our brave service members, and we’re honored to be able to contribute through music and fundraising efforts.”

Operation Song pairs professional songwriters with local veterans for an intimate retreat where they collaborate to turn personal stories and experiences into original songs. The retreat provides a supportive space for veterans to share their journeys, reflect on their service, and connect through the healing power of music. This year’s stories will honor Jack Sweet. Peyton Morse and David Benson. At the conclusion of the retreat, the newly written songs will be performed live on May 15th, giving the community an opportunity to hear these powerful stories directly from the veterans and artists who created them together.

Tickets for the event are available online, with VIP packages offering exclusive access to meet-and-greet sessions with the artists and special recognition for top supporters of the cause.

Sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses who want to show their support for this important cause. Sponsors will receive special recognition at the event, as well as exclusive benefits depending on their level of support. To learn more about sponsorship opportunities, click here.
